Tool Agnostic
We never force proprietary suites. Free or open-source software (Shotcut, Kdenlive, GIMP, Photopea, DaVinci Resolve free) is completely welcome — we prioritize storytelling, visual rhythm, and quality.
Location Flexibility
Jamnagar, Gujarat is preferred across all roles, but creators located anywhere in India are warmly welcome to apply — whether for editing, research, design, or local food vlogging in your city.
Copyright Integrity
All work must use original or properly licensed assets. We share approved sources for royalty-free music, SFX, and stock footage, and the details are covered in your contract.
How we pay
We believe creators do their best work with clear expectations, dependable pay, and upside when our channels grow.
Fixed pay for every role
Each contributor is paid a fixed, agreed amount for their deliverables, confirmed before work starts and paid monthly.
Performance bonus on monetized channels
Once a channel is monetized, every video published on it from then on earns a performance bonus for the people who made it: a share of that video's revenue during an initial period after it goes live.
Early contributors count too
If you worked with us while a channel was still growing, every video you contribute to that is published after monetization is eligible from day one. Videos published before monetization are not part of the bonus.
Full transparency
Every bonus payout comes with a revenue report for the videos it covers.

YouTube Video Editor
We need video editors who understand the tempo of internet video. You know how to take raw footage or B-roll and transform it into dynamic, snappy Shorts or compelling longer cuts with clean sound design and punchy visual rhythm across our channel network.
- • Editing proficiency in any tool of your choice (free/open-source like Shotcut, Kdenlive, or suites like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere)

Trend Researcher & Shorts Writer
Are you chronically online and always notice what's trending before everyone else? We need someone to spot emerging internet and market trends, extract the most interesting angle, and write tight, hook-heavy 30 to 60-second scripts for our vertical channels.
- • Deep understanding of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and viral hook dynamics
- • Ability to research topics quickly and distill them into punchy, conversational scripts
- • Strong curiosity about pop culture, news, business, and entertainment trends
- • Sample script or 1-2 video concept pitches required
On/Off-Camera Food Vlogger & City Explorer
Love exploring food joints, street stalls, and hidden local spots? We're looking for food creators to visit spots around their city or town and capture appetizing content for our food channels. Whether you love hosting on camera or prefer faceless POV filming (capturing sizzling dishes, street prep, and voiceover), both styles are welcome.
- • Jamnagar, Gujarat preferred, but creators across India shooting local food in their cities are welcome
- • Passionate about food, street eats, and discovering local culinary gems
- • Able to shoot clean video on a modern smartphone or camera (on-camera or POV)
- • Food and travel costs for assigned shoots are handled as agreed in your contract.

Thumbnail & Visual Packaging Designer
You design the first impression. You understand thumbnail theory: visual contrast, composition, facial expression grading, and mobile legibility that commands clicks without being misleading across diverse channel niches.
- • Proficiency in any graphic design tool you prefer (open-source/free like GIMP, Photopea, or Photoshop)
- • Understanding of YouTube CTR benchmarks and title-thumbnail chemistry
- • Eye for bold typography, subject isolation, and lighting contrast
- • Portfolio of thumbnail designs or graphic work required

Is this a job or a contract?
All roles are independent contractor engagements. You must be 18 or older to sign a contractor agreement.
How much does it pay?
Every role has fixed, per-deliverable pay agreed before you start. The exact amount depends on the role, format, and volume, and is set out in your contract. Monetized channels also carry a performance bonus.
Which videos earn a bonus?
Only videos published on a channel after it becomes monetized. Videos published before monetization are not included, but if you helped build the channel, your videos published after monetization are eligible from day one.
What if a channel never gets monetized?
Then only the fixed pay applies for that channel.
Do I still get my bonus if I stop working with Pinakva?
Yes. If you contributed to an eligible video and later move on from Pinakva, you still receive your full performance bonus for that video once it is published and enters its initial revenue-share window. Your work is always honored.
Which software do I need?
Any tool you like, including free and open-source options (Shotcut, Kdenlive, DaVinci Resolve free, GIMP, Photopea). Contributors use their own software; we care about the output. Pinakva does not provide software licenses.
Who owns the content I create?
All content and intellectual property produced are owned by Pinakva. Usage, assignment, and portfolio rights are explicitly defined in your contractor agreement.
What is your policy on copyrighted material and YouTube strikes?
All work produced for Pinakva must use original or properly licensed assets. We share approved sources for royalty-free music, SFX, and stock footage, and the details are covered in your contract. Because copyright claims affect entire channels, keeping content compliant protects everyone involved.
Do I have to be in Jamnagar?
Jamnagar, Gujarat is preferred, but creators anywhere in India are welcome.
How do you handle my application data?
