We need video editors who understand the tempo of internet video. You know how to take raw footage or B-roll and transform it into dynamic, snappy Shorts or compelling longer cuts with clean sound design and punchy visual rhythm across our channel network.
What We're Looking For
- • Editing proficiency in any tool of your choice (free/open-source like Shotcut, Kdenlive, or suites like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere)
- • Comfortable editing fast-paced Shorts as well as longer storytelling cuts
- • Sharp ear for sound effects, audio leveling, and music transitions
- • Links to your previous edits or sample work required

How we pay
We believe creators do their best work with clear expectations, dependable pay, and upside when our channels grow.
Fixed pay for every role
Each contributor is paid a fixed, agreed amount for their deliverables, confirmed before work starts and paid monthly.
Performance bonus on monetized channels
Once a channel is monetized, every video published on it from then on earns a performance bonus for the people who made it: a share of that video's revenue during an initial period after it goes live.
Early contributors count too
If you worked with us while a channel was still growing, every video you contribute to that is published after monetization is eligible from day one. Videos published before monetization are not part of the bonus.
Full transparency
Every bonus payout comes with a revenue report for the videos it covers.
